Q.01Should I choose a steel building or a post-frame building?
It depends on the job the building has to do. Steel usually wins for large clear spans, commercial and industrial use, and heavy daily traffic. Post-frame is often the practical choice for shops, agricultural buildings, and storage where cost-effectiveness matters. We build both, so we recommend the system that fits your project — not the one we happen to sell.
Q.02What does a steel or post-frame building cost?
Cost depends on size, spans, doors, insulation, interior finish, and site conditions — so we don't quote ranges sight unseen, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Tell us what you're building and where, and we'll walk the project with you and follow up with a written estimate.
Q.03Can you build through a North Dakota winter?
Weather is part of every plan we make. Some phases continue through winter; others schedule around it. We plan your timeline around the season — no surprises.
