Concrete Production Plant
Industrial steel facility built for round-the-clock production.
Insulated shop with attached office and drive-through service bay — built for year-round service work in Casselton, North Dakota.
We custom-built this 80′ × 25′ × 180′ insulated steel shop for an ethanol plant — a building where owners and crews can work in comfort every month of the year, not just the warm ones.
Inside, interior racking holds a deep inventory of maintenance parts, with generous open floor left over for product assembly and testing. A drive-through wash bay at one end keeps vehicles clean and moving — in one end, out the other.
It's a good example of what steel does well at shop scale: clear working spans, big openings placed around workflow, and an envelope built for heating efficiency. Need a shop or machine storage of your own? We'll put a proposal together.
