Build serious workalongside us

Century is always looking for subcontractors who build right. If your firm takes pride in its trade, our prequalification process is the fastest way for our team to understand your company and start working together.

Partnerships

Become a Prequalified
Trade Partner.

The steel and post-frame buildings on this site get built by crews and trade partners who show up, communicate, and stand behind their work. Prequalification is the most complete way for the team at Century to quickly understand your firm — submitting the packet doesn't obligate either side, it starts the conversation.

  • Every submission is read by our administrative team
  • Prequalified firms stay on file for matching bids
  • Project managers reach out directly with plans and scope

How prequalification works

Three steps
to enroll.

From first packet to signed subcontractor agreement — here's the whole process, start to finish.

STEP 01

Submit the packet

Download the prequalification packet, complete it as fully as possible, and send it in with the required attachments. Extra pages with explanatory detail are welcome if the form runs out of room. Our administrative team reviews every submission and will likely reach out with questions.
